Stukafest Amsterdam is een jaarlijks terugkerend, eendaags festival gehouden in studentenkamers verspreid door de stad. Het programma is multidisciplinair, wat betekent dat theater, muziek, cabaret, poëzie, kunst en cultuur een podium krijgen tijdens het festival. Als uitvoerend stedelijk bestuur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gehele organisatie van het festival. Dit vereist een professionele mindset en aanpak.
Het huidige bestuur is op zoek naar 6 nieuwe leden met een passie voor kunst, cultuur en organisatie. Samen gaat dit nieuwe bestuur Stukafest 2023 organiseren! Stukafest organiseren is geheel vrijwillig en enorm leerzaam.

Voorzitter
“Als voorzitter van Stukafest ben je verantwoordelijk voor het overzicht houden op de grote lijnen van het festival. Dit houdt in had je een planning bijhoudt, vergaderingen voorbereid en voorzit en nog veel meer. Doordat jij het grote overzicht hebt weet jij precies waar jouw medebestuursleden mee bezig zijn en waar je ze kan ondersteunen. Ook heb je als voorzitter het contact met het landelijke bestuur van Stukafest. Ben jij georganiseerd en hoe je graag het overzicht? Secretaris
“Binnen Stukafest zijn er een aantal belangrijke taken voor de secretaris: het aanvragen van fondsen, het organiseren van het eindfeest en de voorzitter ondersteunen (en daarmee het overzicht binnen het bestuur behouden). Het is dus een erg veelzijdige functie; hoe overtuig je fondsen ervan dat Stukafest hun geld waard is en hoe zorg je ervoor dat een bandje op tijd klaar staat bij het podium? Denk jij op deze vragen al láng een antwoord te hebben en zie jij hierbij geen beren op de weg (en wil je even fantastisch festival neerzetten), zou ik lekker hiervoor solliciteren!” Jonne (secretaris 2017-2018)
Penningmeester
“Als penningmeester houdt je je voornamelijk bezig met het maken van begrotingen, realisaties en het bijhouden van de boekhouding. Je werkt hierbij veel samen met de andere bestuursleden, want jij bent de verantwoordelijke voor het geld. Whoehoe. Ervaring met boekhouden is handig, maar zeker geen vereiste. Als je leergierig bent, gaat het helemaal goed komen. Zelf had ik ook geen ervaring en ik heb er echt super veel van geleerd dit jaar! Wil je (extra) ervaring opdoen in de financiën? PR & Acquisitie Coördinator
Als PR & Acquisitie Coördinator ben je naast het bijhouden van de website, Facebook, Instagram en Youtube bezig met het onderhouden van het contact met de pers en zorg je voor een offline en online promotieplan. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de acquisitie en kun je het product Stukafest als geen ander verkopen. Je laat je niet snel afwimpelen en kunt overweg met contracten. Voor de functie zijn we opzoek naar iemand met een vlotte pen die het leuk vindt om te schrijven. Een ultieme pré is als je handig met met programma’s als Photoshop en Indesign. De PR en acquisitie kun je helemaal naar je eigen hand zetten dus onze ideale kandidaat is een creatief persoon die buiten de lijntjes denkt!
Programmeur
Als programmeur van Stukafest Amsterdam ben je verantwoordelijk voor het programma en de kamerartiesten van het festival. Onze ideale programmeur heeft een neusje voor alle vormen van podiumkunsten. Hij of zij houdt zich dan ook graag bezig met het bezoeken van toneel, dans, muziek, kleinkunst, cabaret en andere kunstdisciplines. Bij deze functie is het, naast artistiek inzicht, ook een vereiste dat je goed in staat bent om te onderhandelen over geldzaken en om contracten op te stellen. Productie Manager
De productiemanager is bij bijna alle onderdelen van het festival wel een beetje betrokken. Jij weet wat er speelt, en vooral ook met wie. Je gaat op zoek naar vrijwilligers en kamerbewoners die het net zo leuk vinden als jij om bij te dragen aan Stukafest Amsterdam en hebt onderweg contact met héél veel leuke mensen!
Productie vergt behoorlijk wat planning en overzicht. Passen alle kamers wel bij de line-up en route, en welke vrijwilliger kan die ene een tikkeltje extravagante act aan? Een behoorlijke uitdaging, maar tegelijkertijd ook ontzettend leuk en leerzaam. Vooral wanneer alles en iedereen uiteindelijk precies is waar ze moeten zijn. Stukafest Amsterdam is an annual, one-day festival held in student rooms throughout the city. The program is multidisciplinary, which means that theatre, music, cabaret, poetry, art and culture are given a stage during the festival. As an executive municipal board, you are responsible for the entire organization of the festival. This requires a professional mindset and approach. The current board is looking for 6 new members with a passion for art, culture and organization. Together, this new board will organize Stukafest 2023! Chair “As chairman of Stukafest you are responsible for keeping an overview of the broad outline of the festival. This includes keeping a schedule, preparing and chairing meetings, and much more. Because you have a large overview, you know exactly what your fellow board members are doing and where you can support them. As chairman you also have contact with the national board of Stukafest. Secretary
“Within Stukafest, there are a number of important tasks for the secretary: applying for funds, organizing the prom and supporting the chairman (and thus maintaining an overview within the board). So it is a very versatile function; how do you convince funds that Stukafest is worth their money and how do you ensure that a band is ready at the stage on time? If you think you have an answer to these questions for a long time and you don’t see any obstacles in the way (and you want to set up a fantastic festival), I would like to apply for this!” Jonne (secretary 2017-2018)
Treasurer
“As a treasurer you are mainly concerned with making budgets, realizations and keeping the accounts. You often work together with the other board members, because you are responsible for the money. woohoo. Accounting experience is helpful, but not required. If you’re eager to learn, you’ll be fine. I had no experience myself and I really learned a lot from it this year! Do you want to gain (extra) experience in finance? Become treasurer at Stukafest!” Lisanne (Treasurer 2017-2018)
PR & Acquisition Coordinator
As a PR & Acquisition Coordinator, in addition to maintaining the website, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube, you are also involved in maintaining contact with the press and you ensure an offline and online promotion plan. In addition, you are responsible for the acquisition and you can sell the Stukafest product like no other. You are not easily dismissed and you can handle contracts. For the position we are looking for someone with a smooth pen who likes to write. An ultimate advantage is if you are handy with programs such as Photoshop and Indesign. You can completely control PR and acquisition, so our ideal candidate is a creative person who thinks outside the box!
Programmer
As a programmer of Stukafest Amsterdam, you are responsible for the festival’s program and chamber artists. Our ideal programmer has a nose for all forms of performing arts. They likes to visit theatre, dance, music, cabaret, cabaret and other art disciplines. In addition to artistic insight, this position also requires you to be able to negotiate money matters and draw up contracts. Production manager
The production manager is somewhat involved in almost all parts of the festival. You know what’s going on, and especially with whom. You are looking for volunteers and room residents who enjoy contributing to Stukafest Amsterdam as much as you do and you have contact with lots of great people along the way! Production requires quite a bit of planning and overview. Do all rooms fit the line-up and route, and which volunteer can handle that one act a little extravagant? Quite a challenge, but also very fun and educational at the same time. Especially when everything and everyone is ultimately exactly where they need to be. Do you see something in a year full of new people and new experience? Then become a production manager of Stukafest 2023!
